The Pre-K Lab is a full day program from 8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. for $160 per month. The program is geared towards children ages 4-5 and will be more of a transitional year between preschool and K. The program has a multi-content area curriculum to use with students. There is a no bus transportation.
The Pre-K Lab is held at Torrington High School and is also a key part of the Child Development Curriculum. High School students enrolled in Child Development I and II come down weekly to the classroom to observe, interact, and implement skills they are learning with the preschool students. It is a wonderful thing when preschoolers and high schoolers can learn from one another!
